A kitchen to be proud of
Food should be cooked with love and pride. We see every menu as an exciting challenge. It is all about creating culinary experiences that surprise our guests, whether they are here on a course, conference or wedding.

We always use fresh ingredients, local products and organic to the greatest extent possible. All bread is baked on site and occasionally the oven also produce delicious cookies. All jams and marmelades are seasonal. Imagine wild strawberry marmelade for breakfast!

One thing we can promise, that everything served is planned and cooked with great consideration.
